This week was another good one. I think it´s been one of the hottest weeks in my mission thus far. It's been around 35 degrees Celsius with around 90% humidity. Madness.
We had lots of divisions this week. I think I spent more time with other missionaries than I did with my own companion.
Zone conferences were really good. We had some really cool workshops and a panel of Elders and Hermanas who talked about things we can do to improve as missionaries. We ate at a nice restaurant. All good things.
Miracle of the week was a Bolivian mother who called us over one night and told us that her daughters were INCREDIBLY interested in going to church. We told her that they could come on Sunday and get to know the church. We stopped by Saturday night to make sure that they would come, and the mother, Roxana, informed us that her daughters would also like to be baptized. We happily explained what that would take, and we´re working with them now. The daughters made it to church Sunday and with luck, their mother will accompany them this next week. Nice.
I liked 2 Nephi 9:29 this week.
29 But to be learned is good if they hearken unto the counsels of God.
