This week was great! We had transfers, so I picked up an new companion and some new energy to work super hard! My new companion is Elder Maller from Canada. He´s the best. We work really well together and I think we´ll be seeing some huge successes in this area!
Cool experience this week. President Resek took me and a whole bunch of other Zone Leaders to EFY! We got to share with all the young men and women about sharing the Gospel. It was actually really cool to talk with and get to know all of them especially since I already knew some of them.
I would honestly have to say that we spent more time outside of our area this week than in it. Nonetheless, we were still able to set up a baptismal service for Simon. His dad baptized him and confirmed him. This Sunday was just really special. Testimonies on EFY, missionary work, and the Book of Mormon. Simon´s dad got choked up when he confirmed him, and he´s a military man. It was a tender experience for me. They´re a great family.
Great week. The scripture for this week isn´t going to be a scripture. It´s a quote from an elder in the district meeting that we went to today. It has been translated for all present. He said ´´The Book of Mormon isn´t just a book. It´s a powerful source of personal revelation.´´ Have a great week everyone. Love you guys!
